Hi there, I’m Dave Freund- professional handyman and the owner of Handy Dave.  I’m a bay area native and I currently live on Lexington Reservoir, just a few minutes up the hill from the town of Los Gatos, CA.  My passion is helping busy working professionals maintain their homes and businesses.

My background as a Journeyman Machinist of 12 years involved fabricating parts and assemblies in the medical, aerospace, semi-conductor, and golf industries and I was good at what I did.  The pay wasn’t too bad, but there was something missing and I didn’t know what it was.

That’s when I decided to set out on my own and start a handyman business. I love working with my hands and helping people.  Working in that industry gave me invaluable experience over the years which I use on almost every project that I take on, both personally on my own home, and now for others.  These skills have allowed me to set myself apart from my competition and have attributed to my success.
